随着我国经济建设的高速发展,墙体改革的实施以及新型墙体材料的广泛推广范围越来越广,外墙饰面砖、外墙涂料得到广泛使用。但由于建材、设计、施工等因素,造成近年来建筑物外墙渗水现象普遍,严重地影响到建筑物的装饰效果、耐用年限,并困扰着用户的使用。现根据近年来对工程外墙渗漏的经验总结,分析外墙渗漏产生的类型、原因,并简要地介绍其防治措施。
With the rapid development of economic construction in our country, the implementation of wall reform and the extensive promotion of new wall materials are widely used. Exterior wall tiles and exterior wall coatings are widely used. However, due to building materials, design, construction and other factors, resulting in widespread external wall seepage in recent years, seriously affecting the building’s decorative effect, durability, and plagued the user’s use. Based on the experience of the external wall leakage in recent years, the author analyzes the types and causes of external wall leakage and briefly introduces its prevention and control measures.
