一、概述 对于某个事件,存在(或构造)许多对策(方案),不同的对策效果不同。对每个对策所产生的效果可用相同的目标(一个或多个)来衡量,从中择优,此过程即称为决策。 灰色决策是在信息贫乏、分散或不确定的情况下的决策,其特点是结论具有一定的灵活性,给决策的执行者一定的自主权;为了获得最佳目标,执行者可根据环境、条件的变化,在实施中作出适当的处理和调整。因此,灰色决策比白决策更容易实现。
