脑震荡,包括在急性颅脑外伤中,是劳动人民在生产劳动实践中常见的意外发生的外伤疾病。因此,寻找和探索治疗脑外伤的方法,对于劳动人民的健康和促进工农业生产大干快上,实现四个现代化意义很大。笔者在生产实习期间碰到一例脑震荡病人,应用中医活用祛瘀疗法治愈,现报导如下。朱××,男性,22岁,拖拉机司机。于一九七八年六月十日下午四时因协助搬运工人装松木不慎,从车箱上跌下,后脑着地。当即昏迷不省人事,伤口流血不止。急送附近公社医院包扎止血抢救,于晚上七时许才苏醒过来。病人呻吟不止,诉头痛如锥若裂,
Concussions, including acute brain trauma, are accidental traumatic diseases that are common to working people in production labor practices. Therefore, finding and exploring ways to treat brain trauma has great significance for the modernization of the working people and the promotion of industrial and agricultural production. The author encountered a case of concussed patients during the production practice and was treated with Chinese medicine to use phlegm therapy. The report is as follows. Zhu X, male, 22 years old, tractor driver. At 4 o’clock on the afternoon of June 10, 1978, he was carelessly handling the pine wood. He fell from the trunk and hit the back of the head. Immediately consciously unconscious, the wound bleeds. The rushed to the nearby commune hospital bandaged to stop the bleeding and resuscitated at 7 pm. The patient suffers more than he likes, and he complains of a severe headache.
