目的观察中药联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗输尿管远端结石的临床疗效。方法将87例患者随机分为两组,均予α-受体阻滞剂治疗,治疗组加用排石方口服。结果治疗组在排石率、排石时间及肾绞痛程度均优于对照组。结论运用中药联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗输尿管远端结石可使疗效进一步提高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with α-blocker in the treatment of distal ureteral calculi. Methods 87 patients were randomly divided into two groups, were treated with α-blockers, the treatment group with Paishi Fang oral. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in the rate of row of stone, row of stone time and the degree of renal colic. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with α-blocker treatment of distal ureteral stones can further improve the efficacy.
