目的:探讨运用彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)结合四维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声对143例脐带绕颈与产后临床结局对照分析。结果:143例脐带绕颈的彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声的诊断与临床诊断相符139例,超声诊断符合率为97.2%。其中绕颈1圈126例,绕颈2周及以上者13例,符合率无明显差异。结论:彩色多普勒超声结合四维超声技术对脐带绕颈的诊断准确率高、安全、可靠,临床应用价值较高,为临床早期诊断胎儿脐带绕颈、避免胎儿窘迫提供可靠依据。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of using CDFI and four-dimensional ultrasonography to diagnose the umbilical cord around the neck. Methods: The clinical results of 143 cases of umbilical cord around the neck and postpartum were analyzed with color Doppler ultrasound and four - dimensional ultrasonography. Results: The diagnostic and clinical diagnosis of 143 cases of cord around the neck by color Doppler ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound were consistent with those of clinical diagnosis. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 97.2%. There were 126 cases around the neck 1 circle, 13 cases around the neck 2 weeks and above, the coincidence rate was no significant difference. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound has the advantages of high diagnostic accuracy, safety, reliability and high clinical value in the diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck. It provides a reliable basis for early diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck and avoiding fetal distress.
