1从设计源头抓锅炉节能要实现真正的节能,必须从设计环节抓起。《规程》第二章专门就锅炉设计提出节能方面的要求,保证锅炉能效从设计上符合规范标准要求,也是对锅炉设计文件节能审查的主要内容。1.1对设计文件的要求《规程》锅炉设计文件是指涉及锅炉结构、强度、材料和与安全、经济性能有关的设计图纸、计算书、说明书等。锅炉设计文件节能审查是在锅炉设计文件鉴定的基础上进行的。以前锅炉设计文件鉴定只对锅炉设计的安全性进行审查,而现在要求同时对锅炉设计进行节能审查。锅炉设计文件节能审查工作由国务院特种设备安全监察机构核准的检验检测机构
