目的分析在眼科护理中,应用品管圈活动的效果。方法将2 0 1 5年5月~2016年5月我院眼科收治的患者86例作为研究对象,根据品管圈活动的实施时间分为实施前和实施后,实施前43例,实施后43例,比较品管圈活动前后患者的护理质量。结果实施后护理技术、服务态度、住院环境、护患沟通评分均高于实施前,且患者对护理服务满意度95.3%高于实施前的79.1%,护理文书记录质量高于实施前,与实施前比较,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在眼科护理中,实施品管圈活动,能减少差错和失误,提高护理技术、服务态度及文书书写质量,改善住院环境,保证护患之间沟通的有效性,提高了患者对护理服务满意度,具有在临床中推广应用的价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control loop activities in ophthalmic nursing. Methods From May 2005 to May 2016, 86 patients admitted to our hospital for ophthalmology were enrolled in this study.
