随着科技化、信息化、智能化的不断发展,普通高校教师档案管理工作也已广泛使用信息技术。同时,信息化管理水平也反映了整个学校信息化管理的实施情况和发展程度,但就目前信息化实际应用而言,对独立学院来说,专任教师档案信息化管理系统建设更加重要,完善的教师档案信息化管理系统是独立学院教育改革的重点和难点,建立高效、科学、系统的专任教师档案信息化管理系统也成为独立学院打破自身教学困局的首要选择。本文拟从独立学院专任教师档案信息化管理的现状入手,结合改革必要性,进而为即将建立的独立学院专任教师档案信息化管理系统提出相应的对策。
With the continuous development of science and technology, informationization and intelligence, information technology has been widely used in the management of archives in ordinary colleges and universities. At the same time, the level of information management also reflects the implementation of the entire school information management and the degree of development, but for the current practical application of information technology, independent colleges, full-time teachers file information management system construction is more important and perfect Teachers’ archives information management system is the key and difficult point of independent college education reform. Establishing efficient, scientific and systematic full-time teacher archives information management system has also become the primary choice for independent colleges to break their own teaching dilemma. This article intends to start with the status quo of full-time teachers ’archives informationization management in independent colleges and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the forthcoming establishment of full-time teachers’ archives information management system in independent colleges.
