神经管缺损(NTD)是一种最常见的胎儿神经系统畸形,诊断明确后,及时终止妊娠,可减少痛苦,降低围产儿的死亡率。B 超显像为 NTD 的产前诊断提供了极好的检查手段。本文报道 B 超诊断胎儿 NTD 57例,并探讨其声像图表现及诊断价值。
Neural tube defect (NTD) is one of the most common malformations of the fetal nervous system. Immediate diagnosis of the deformity and subsequent termination of pregnancy can reduce pain and reduce perinatal mortality. B-ultrasonography provides an excellent means of examination for the prenatal diagnosis of NTD. This article reports 57 cases of B-ultrasound diagnosis of fetal NTD, and to explore the performance of ultrasound and diagnostic value.
