女患者 30岁,宫内放置避孕环4年零5个月,月经周期一直正常。诉停经45天,伴有右下腹疼痛半月,头痛、恶心欲吐、挑食,曾按感冒及慢性阑尾炎治疗未见好转,门诊妇产科检查,子宫稍增大,右侧附件压痛,妊娠试验(+)行人工流产术,宫腔9.5cm,取出金属避孕环一枚,刮出物可见绒毛组织。经病理检查大部现绒毛组织图象,少数为脱膜样组织。术后右下腹仍疼痛,在家按慢性阑尾炎及附件炎治疗。术后第11天腹痛突然加剧,晕倒在地,即送来医院。
