齐墩果酸和熊果酸的低水溶性大大限制了其在医药和食品领域中的应用.本文合成了一种带有氨基长链的β-环糊精衍生物四乙烯五胺-β-环糊精,并采用饱和溶液法分别制备了齐墩果酸和熊果酸与它的固体包合物.利用核磁共振、X-射线粉末衍射、热重分析、扫描电镜等方法对两种包合物进行了表征,并推导了其2∶1(主体∶客体)的包合模式.包合物的水溶性测试结果表明,齐墩果酸和熊果酸的水溶性与其本身相比分别提高了2 100和3 500倍.
Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid low water solubility greatly limits its application in the field of medicine and food.In this paper, a long chain of amino-β-cyclodextrin derivative tetraethylenepentamine- Cyclodextrin and oleanolic acid and ursolic acid and their solid clathrates were prepared by saturated solution method respectively.Using NMR, XRD, TG, SEM and so on, The complex was characterized by 2: 1 (host: guest). The water solubility test results of inclusion complex showed that the water solubility of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid increased respectively 2 100 and 3 500 times.
