目的：探讨醒脑静注射液治疗意识障碍的临床疗效。方法：根据ＧＣＳ意识障碍评分，观察醒脑静注射液治疗７２例意识障碍的临床疗效。结果：中风病总有效率７９．１％，酒厥总有效率１００．０％，中暑高热总有效率８０．０％，安眠药中毒总有效率９６．４％，合计总有效率９０．３％。中风病风火上扰证总有效率８７．５％，痰热内闭证总有效率８０．０％，风痰阻络证总有效率６６．７％。结论：醒脑静注射液具有醒神开窍、祛瘀通络、清热化痰等功效，故适用于各种原因引起的意识障碍患者的治疗，对中风病风火上扰证和痰热内闭证有较好的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection in treating disturbance of consciousness. Methods: According to the score of GCS unconsciousness, observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection in treating 72 cases of disturbance of consciousness. Results: The total effective rate of stroke was 79.1%, the total effective rate of alcohol was 100.0%, the total effective rate of heat stroke was 80.0%, the total effective rate of sleeping drug poisoning was 96.4% and the total effective rate was 90.3% . The total effective rate of stroke on the fire on the card was 87.5%, the total effective rate of phlegm internal organs 80.0%, the total effective rate of wind-phlegm blocking card 66.7%. Conclusion: Xingnaojing Injection has the effects of resuscitation, removing blood stasis and clearing the stasis, clearing away phlegm and other effects. Therefore, Xingnaojing Injection is suitable for the treatment of patients with disturbance of consciousness due to various reasons. Card has a good effect.
