王应麟(1223—1296年)字伯厚,号深宁,浙江鄞人,是我国著名的类书编纂家兼目录学家。他的遗著有三十一种,七百多卷。其中有目录著作两种:《汉书艺文志考证》十卷,《玉海》二百卷,内有《艺文》二十八卷。《玉海·艺文》在我国古代目录中不但保存了丰富的目录参考资料,更重要的是它的编纂方法和其它目录有些不同,反映着一种向主题目录过渡的新趋向。
Wang Yinglin (1223-1296) word thick, number deep Ning, Zhejiang Yin, is China’s famous class editor and bibliographer. His remains are thirty-one, seven hundred volumes. There are two kinds of catalogs: “ten volumes of Han Dynasty Yi Wen Zhi textual research”, “Yuhai” two hundred volumes, there are “art” twenty-eight volumes. “Yuhai Yiwen” has not only saved a wealth of catalog reference materials in our ancient catalog, but more importantly, its compilation method is somewhat different from other catalogs, reflecting a new trend of transition to the theme catalog.
