目的随着医院局域网的发展与现代医疗设备管理信息化要求,构建基于局域网的医疗设备管理和信息服务系统成为迫切需要,实现医院设备器械管理的规范化、数据准确量化、决策过程的程序化。方法采用图形化的企业级应用程序Power Builder 9.0设计制作用户界面,用Microsoft SQL Server 2008构建基于局域网的数据库管理系统,客户端使用Windows XP系统,采用传输控制协议/因特网互联协议(TCP/IP)传输数据。结果构建了基于C/S模式的医疗设备管理和信息服务系统框架、数据库和统计体系。结论有效地实现了医院设备从日常管理、故障申报到维修服务、数据统计等信息的网络化管理,加强医疗设备的安全与质量控制,让有限的医疗设备资源发挥最大的效益。
Objective With the development of hospital LAN and modern medical equipment management information requirements, it is urgently needed to construct a medical equipment management and information service system based on LAN, to standardize the management of hospital equipment and equipment, to quantify the data accurately, and to program the decision-making process. Methods The graphical user interface of Power Builder 9.0 was designed and built. The Microsoft SQL Server 2008 was used to build a database management system based on LAN. The client used Windows XP system and adopted Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) transfer data. Results The framework, database and statistical system of medical device management and information service based on C / S mode were constructed. Conclusion The network management of hospital equipment from daily management, fault reporting to maintenance service, data statistics and other information is effectively implemented to enhance the safety and quality control of medical equipment and to maximize the benefits of limited medical equipment resources.
