职业技术教育不同于大学教育,其教育目的应该是根据市场需求,针对实际用人需要和职业岗位,培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务一线的技术应用型人才,要培养“用得上、留得住、下得去”的高等实用型人才。因此,在《出纳实务》这门课的教学中,必须打破传统的教育观念,要面向市场、面向就业,应以职业能力要求为依据,以典型的工作流程为参照点设计课程内容,使学生在实践中学习相关理论知识、专业技能,并形成良好的职业素养,增强就业竞争力。
