研究了以DL -对羟基苯海因为原料 ,用sp 2 2 62恶臭假单胞菌 (Pseudomonasputida)直接酶催化生产D -对羟基苯甘氨酸的反应动力学 .考察了DL -对羟基苯海因溶解过程和海因酶、氨甲酰水解酶酶解反应的动力学特性 .建立了全过程的动力学模型并进行了计算 ,求解了过程的参数值 ,讨论了 pH值对各参数的影响 ,确定了反应的优化操作条件 .
The kinetics of D - p - hydroxyphenylglycine production using DL - p - Hydroxyphenylhydrazine as a starting material and direct enzymatic production of sp2 2 62 Pseudomonas putida was studied. The effects of DL - p - Process and kinetic properties of carbamoylhydrolase enzymolysis reaction.The kinetic model of the whole process was established and calculated, the process parameters were solved, the influence of pH value on each parameter was discussed, Optimized operating conditions for the reaction.
