对４７例食管鳞状细胞癌组织的上皮细胞钙粘蛋白表达量进行了观察。结果显示：上皮细胞钙粘蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄和临床分期无关（Ｐ＞０．０５），在分化差及有转移的食管癌中表达量呈阴性或弱阳性，与分化好和中度分化癌相比具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），与原位癌相比也具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示上皮细胞钙粘蛋白表达与食管癌的分化程度和转移行为有关，测定上皮细胞钙粘蛋白表达量对食管鳞状细胞癌的预后判断和制定治疗方案有重要意义。
The expression of cadherin in epithelial cells of 47 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was observed. The results showed that the expression of epithelial cadherin has nothing to do with the patient’s gender, age, and clinical stage (P>0.05). The expression of cadherin in poorly differentiated and metastatic esophageal cancer was negative or weakly positive, with good differentiation and There was a significant difference in moderately differentiated carcinoma (P<0.05), and there was also a significant difference compared with carcinoma in situ (P<0.05). It is suggested that the expression of cadherin in epithelial cells is related to the differentiation degree and metastatic behavior of esophageal cancer. The determination of epithelial cell cadherin expression level has important significance in the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the establishment of treatment plan.
