为从众多核桃品质的评价指标中找到主导的影响因子,达到用最少的指标获取最多核桃品质信息的目的,试验以赫章8个单株核桃为试材,通过对表征核桃物理化学特性的12项指标进行测定,利用因子分析,对众多指标进行降维处理,找出少数几个影响核桃品质的主导因子。结果表明:12项原始指标归属为3个相互独立的公因子,累计方差贡献率达到85.960%,其中,出仁率和壳厚度是重要的核桃品质的物理指标,蛋白质含量是重要的化学品质评价指标。核桃的理化品质与亲缘关系之间有一定的联系,利用因子分析结果进行聚类分析发现,1、5、6号核桃理化品质相似,可能具有较近的亲缘关系。4、7、8号单株单独成为3类,说明可能与其它单株的亲缘关系较远。研究结果可在一定程度为核桃资源的品质鉴定、优株鉴选、分类及亲缘关系的确定等提供理论依据。
In order to find the dominant influence factors from the evaluation index of many walnut quality and achieve the purpose of obtaining the most walnut quality information with the least number of indicators, Item indicators were measured, the use of factor analysis, many indicators of dimensionality reduction processing to identify a few a leading factor affecting Walnut quality. The results showed that the 12 original indexes were attributed to three independent common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 85.960%. Out of kernel rate and shell thickness were important physical indicators of walnut quality. Protein content was an important chemical quality evaluation index. Walnut physical and chemical quality and genetic relationship between a certain relationship, the use of factor analysis results of cluster analysis found that 1,5,6 walnut physical and chemical quality similar, may have closer genetic relationship. Plants No. 4, No. 7 and No. 7 were individually classified into three groups, indicating that they may be distantly related to other plants. The results can provide theoretical basis for the identification of walnut resources, the selection of superior plants, the classification and the determination of kinship.
