心血管疾病防造合成药物是近年来国内外新药研究的主要项目之一,发展很快,类型较多,本文拟就近年来在这方面的一些主要成就作一综合报导。心血管疾病中最常见的是冠状动脉硬化性心脏病,即冠心病。引起冠心病的病因一般认为是冠状动脉粥样硬化,从而引起心肌缺血,心绞痛和心肌梗塞,由于急性心肌梗塞同时并发心率失常或心原性休克最后导致死亡。根据病因及病变过程,近年来对合成药物的研究进展:
