目的 :比较大肠杆菌与毕赤酵母表达系统制备的 Annexin32对凝血时间及大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成的影响。方法 :采用白陶土部分凝血活酶时间 (KPTT)法体外检测凝血指标 ,并观察大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成情况。 结果 :两种表达体系制备的蛋白对 KPTT有明显延长作用 ,且 1m g/ kg的蛋白均可显著抑制大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成。 结论 :两种表达体系制备的 An-nexin32均有抗凝血及抑制血栓形成的作用
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of Annexin 32 prepared by E. coli and Pichia expression system on clotting time and rat IVC thrombosis. Methods: The coagulation index was measured in vitro by KPTT method and the inferior vena cava thrombosis in rats was observed. Results: The proteins prepared by the two expression systems could significantly prolong the KPTT, and 1m g / kg of protein could significantly inhibit the development of inferior vena cava thrombosis in rats. Conclusion: An-nexin32 prepared by the two expression systems has anti-coagulation and anti-thrombosis effects
