办刊之难,颇有非圈内人士难以言状之慨,尤其是要办好一份综合类的人文社科学术理论刊物。本人曾尝试过多年编辑生涯的历练,也算是一位“老杂志”了,个中三昧,略有所感。惟有构建一个好的平台,才能导演出声情并茂的话剧。其间涉及刊物的定位与方向,氛围的宽容与和谐,经费的筹措与运作,作者的学识与功力,编者的眼界与涵养,团队的协作与奉献,等等。一份学术刊物能够十数年连续出版且颇具影响,实属不易。
Difficult to run, quite non-circle unspeakable generous, especially to be a comprehensive humanities and social science academic journals. I have tried many years of editing career experience, can be considered an “old magazine”, a Samadhi, a little feeling. Only by building a good platform to guide the performance of melodramatic drama. In the meantime, it involves the orientation and direction of publications, the tolerance and harmony of atmosphere, the financing and operation of funds, the knowledge and skill of authors, the vision and conservation of editors, the cooperation and dedication of teams, and so on. It is not easy for an academic journal to be published continuously and influential for decades.
