维护社会稳定必须要建立社会矛盾纠纷排查化解责任机制。江西省鹰潭市从实际出发,创造性地建立和完善了八大机制,即以“一岗双责”为重点的领导责任机制;市级领导挂点督导乡镇工作机制;网络化层级管理责任机制;科学、民主、依法决策机制“;急、大、难”矛盾纠纷排查台账制度;矛盾纠纷排查分析例会制度;重点行业矛盾纠纷排查化解机制;基层调解人员教育培训机制。
To maintain social stability, we must establish a mechanism for checking and resolving social conflicts and disputes. Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, proceeding from reality, has creatively established and perfected the eight major mechanisms, namely, the leadership responsibility mechanism focusing on “one post and two responsibilities”; the municipal leaders hanging spots to supervise the work mechanism of towns and villages; the responsibility mechanism of network-level management ; Scientific, democratic and decision-making mechanism in accordance with the law “urgent, big, difficult ” investigation and examination of contradictions and disputes ledger system; contradictions and disputes investigation routine system; investigation and resolution mechanism of contradictions and disputes in key industries; grassroots mediators education and training mechanism.
