为了进一步改进热处理炉温度控制的稳定性,考虑最小拍无纹波控制算法的控制系统,设计了89C51单片机控制系统,分析了MAX6675单片热电偶数字转换器,给出电压的近似热电偶特性,采用无触点开关固态继电器的温度系统硬件,完成了软件设计并进行了实验验证。结果表明,所设计的结构与理论数值一致,能很好地实现热处理炉的温度稳定控制。
In order to further improve the stability of the heat treatment furnace temperature control, considering the control system with the minimum beat ripple control algorithm, the 89C51 single chip microcomputer control system is designed. The MAX6675 monolithic thermocouple digital converter is analyzed and the approximate thermocouple characteristics of the voltage are given. The non-contact switch solid state relay temperature system hardware, completed the software design and experimental verification. The results show that the designed structure is consistent with the theoretical value, which can well achieve the temperature stability control of the heat treatment furnace.
