使用 SVT Ⅲ型下颌运动解析装置对17~25岁的70名正常者及20名安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者的下颌运动进行了研究。结果表明:正常(牙合)开口度、息止(牙合)间隙男性大于女性;开口度与身高、体重无明显关系;安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)患者开口度与正常(牙合)无显著性差异,但前伸、侧向、后退运动范围及息止(牙合)间隙>正常(牙合),闭合道角度小于正常(牙合),前伸、侧向边缘运动轨迹及闭合道与正常(牙合)有明显差异;正常(牙合)及安氏Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)患者下颌运动与覆盖无关,与覆(牙合)有一定关系。
The mandibular motions of 70 normal subjects aged 17 to 25 and 20 patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were studied using SVT Ⅲ mandibular movement analysis apparatus. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the degree of opening and the height and the weight of the men in the gap between normal occlusion and occlusion. The opening and normality of the patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were ). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups. However, the extensional, lateral and retrograde movement ranges, and the gap between occlusion and occlusion were normal, occlusion angle was smaller than normal occlusion, Road and normal (occlusion) have significant differences; normal occlusion and Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion patients with mandibular movement has nothing to do with the coverage, and the overlying (occlusion) have a certain relationship.
