患儿:男,11岁。以右腰部肿物生长4个月入院。患儿家长4个月前偶然发现患儿右腰部有一儿头大小肿物,近来肿物增大并伴右腰部胀痛,追问病史患儿曾出现肉眼血尿2次。体检:一般情况好,右腰部有一直径约25 cm,表面光滑,张力大的肿物,余未发现异常。B 超检查:右肾积水,右输尿管上段扩张。IVU 检查:右肾未显影,左肾正常显影。因患儿家长拒绝故未作右逆行肾盂造影检查。临床诊断:
