2012年,国航浙江公司先后共有15名飞行员提出辞职,在遭公司拒绝后,他们提请劳动仲裁,上诉到法院,一审均获支持,但国航浙江公司不服判决,上诉到杭州市中院,至今未有终审判决。8月底,全国多家航空公司的超过400名飞行员联合署名一封致民航总局的公开信并发布在微博上,呼吁民航总局废止与法律冲突、限制飞行员离职的行业规则,依法制定新的、合理的飞行员费用返还指导意见。
