堵剂稠化性能是衡量堵剂的重要指标之一,室内评价方法是影响该指标因素之一。针对室内评价方法中测定稠化性能影响主要因素进行研究,结果表明温度、压力、组成是影响堵剂稠化性能测试的主要因素。温度越高、压力越大稠化时间缩短;堵剂成分不同稠化时间差异大,即有效组分(缓凝剂)含量高稠化时间长,故室内实验及现场施工要重点考虑其影响。
Thickener plugging performance is one of the important indicators of plugging agent, indoor evaluation method is one of the factors that affect this indicator. The main factors influencing the thickening property in indoor evaluation method are studied. The results show that temperature, pressure and composition are the main factors that affect the thickener performance testing. The higher the temperature is, the higher the pressure is. The longer the thickening time is. The different thickening time of the plugging component is large, that is, the thickening time of the effective component (retarder) is long. Therefore, the influence of the indoor experiment and on-site construction should be mainly considered.
