2013年初,中国社会科学院社会学研究所发布的《社会心态蓝皮书》显示,“中国目前社会的总体信任进一步下降,人际之间的不信任进一步扩大。只有不到一半的人认为社会上大多数人可信,二到三成信任陌生人。群体间的不信任加深和固化,表现为官民、警民、医患、民商等社会关系的不信任,也表现在不同阶层、群体之间的不信任,从而导致社会冲突增加。”社会诚信的缺失给社会带来了灾难,更带来了麻烦。诸如:“染色馒头、毒牛肉、硫磺姜、毒奶粉、老鼠肉”等问题已经严重威胁了社会的安全和人民生命财产的安全。因此,加强包括政府、企业和公民诚信在内的社会诚信体系建设已成为当前的共识。然而,追根溯源,在加强社会诚信的建设中,教育诚信势必先行。
