当前,国际上盛行移动打法,尤其在美国,已被广泛采用,代表着阵地进攻战术的先进趋势.其优势已被人们所公认.我国篮球战术,目前仍是固定打法,处于落后地位.因此,研究和发展移动打法,是促进我国篮球发展的一个重要方面.应作为一个重大课题,专门研究.我们认为:应该进一步贯彻,落实杭州全国篮球训练工作会议精神,坚持走自己发展的道路,在继承的基础上发展,在学习的基础上创新.只有继承和创新,才能有所发展.为此,本文就改革战术结构、建立“三线移动进攻”战术体系,谈点不成熟的看法.
