目的检测6种湖产食用植物营养素含量。方法用原子吸收,钼蓝比色,WFD-9型光度计,日立835-50型高速氨基酸自动分析仪等方法,分析了微山湖产藕、芡实、菱角、芦笋、莲子及荸荠6种有经济价值的食用植物的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物,5种宏量元素,8种微量元素和18种氨基酸。结果显示6种湖产食用植物营养素含量丰富。结论湖产食用植物综合开发和使用前景广阔
Objective To detect the nutrient contents of six kinds of food products from lakes. Methods The methods of atomic absorption spectrometry, Molybdenum blue colorimetry, WFD-9 spectrophotometer and Hitachi 835-50 high-speed automatic amino acid analyzer were used to analyze 6 species of Weishan Lake, such as lotus root, Gorgon fruit, water chestnut, asparagus, lotus seed and water chestnut Economic value of edible plants protein, fat, carbohydrates, five macro elements, eight trace elements and 18 kinds of amino acids. The results showed that six kinds of lakes producing edible plant nutrient content is rich. Conclusion The comprehensive utilization of lake food plants is promising
