政府采购预算是加强政府支出控制的重要组成部分,也是政府有效实现宏观调控的重要手段,同时在加强政府支出管理和监督以及规范政府的消费行为等方面起着非常重要的作用。文章针对政府采购预算管理中所存在的问题进行分析,并探析了现今政府的采购预算管理方式,同时也对如何有效地实现采购预算管理提出了相应的建议。
The government procurement budget is an important part of strengthening government expenditure control and an important means for the government to effectively implement macro-control. It also plays an important role in strengthening government expenditure management and supervision and regulating the government’s consumer behavior. This article analyzes the problems existing in the government procurement budget management, and analyzes the current government procurement budget management methods, and also puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to effectively achieve the procurement budget management.
