内蒙暨包头第三届热处理年会及会员代表大会于1987年12月10～13日在包头召开。到会代表89人,来自31个单位。全国热处理学会、山西和甘肃热处理分会、内蒙机械工程学会等分别派代表光临大会指导。全国热处理学会和甘肃省分会给大会发来了贺信。包头市有关单位领导出席了开幕式并讲了话。
Inner Mongolia and Baotou the third annual heat treatment and member congress in December 1987 December 10 to 13 held in Baotou. 89 delegates will come from 31 units. National Heat Treatment Society, Shanxi and Gansu Heat Treatment Branch, Inner Mongolia Mechanical Engineering Society and other representatives were sent to the conference guidance. The National Heat Treatment Society and Gansu Province Branch sent a congratulatory message to the General Assembly. Baotou City leaders attended the opening ceremony and spoke.
