2015年秋季,我有幸参加了县教育局组织的城乡教师轮岗交流活动,来到了位于平罗县最偏远的红瑞燕宝小学任教。这是一所新建移民小学,学生全部是来自西吉县大山深处的孩子。走进校园,眼里看到的满是一张张山里孩子特有的红脸蛋,耳朵里听到的全是一句句听不懂的西吉话,这让初来乍到的我感到既新奇又茫然。我带的是五年级(4)班,这个班学生年龄跨度非常大,最小的孩子九岁,最大的十六岁。每天班里都会出现各种各
