员工培训是企业的一项长期性工作。当前,大多企业已经认识到员工培训的重要性,把培训作为企业的长期战略性投资来对待,开展了各种形式的培训,提高了员工的技能和素质,促进了企业的发展,收到了一定的效果。但基层调查显示,一些企业的员工培训还存在问题,效果不好。影响员工培训效果的因素很多,作为培训组织者,必须在培训需求调研的基础上,站在员工的角度,有的放矢地确定培训计划,一以贯之地推动,让员工培训真正成为对员工的福利和投资,使培训工作取得最大效益。企业要把岗位作为最好的培训平台,送培训到岗位,因材施教,让每个人都有成长成才的机会,让每个人的潜能都得到发挥。本刊现辑录大量来信中大家关于员工培训的心得体会,希望广大基层读者在阅读中有所思考,对自己单位提高培训工作效果有所帮助,欢迎互动(ed66@vip.sina.com或@zgsyqy)。 Staff training is a long-term business enterprise.
