目的探讨乳腺良恶性肿瘤在数字钼钯摄影中的特征性改变。方法使用数字钼钯机共检出52例乳腺肿块,并与手术病理对照分析良恶性肿瘤的X线特点。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤具有形态不规则,密度增高,边缘毛刺,边界模糊,包膜不完整,同时病灶内钙化显示率明显高于良性乳腺肿瘤,分别为76%及13.3%,病灶内钙化主要表现为细线样分枝状砂粒样改变。结论数钼钯摄片技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the characteristic changes of benign and malignant breast tumors in digital Molybdenum Palladium photography. Methods A total of 52 cases of breast masses were detected by the digital molybdenum-palladium machine. The X-ray features of benign and malignant tumors were compared with the surgical pathology. Results Malignant neoplasms had irregular shape, increased density, edge burr, blurred border and incomplete capsule, meanwhile the rate of calcification in lesions was significantly higher than that of benign breast tumors (76% and 13.3% respectively). The intracranial calcification was mainly Fine line-like dendritic sand like change. Conclusion Molybdenum Palladium radiography has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
