从茂名炼油总厂周围土壤中分离得到一株可脱除二苯并噻吩 (DBT)的细菌YC -LI -1 ,用GC -MS方法定性鉴定了该细菌脱除DBT的代谢有机产物为2_羟基二苯 (2_OHBP) ,此外BaCl2 实验证明了DBT中的硫原子代谢为水溶性的硫酸盐。并讨论了可能的DBT代谢途径
A DBT-degrading bacterium YC-LI-1 was isolated from soil around Maoming Refinery Plant. The metabolic products of DBT were identified by GC-MS. Hydroxy diphenyl (2_OHBP). In addition, BaCl2 experiment proved that the sulfur atom in DBT was metabolized to water-soluble sulfate. And discusses possible DBT metabolic pathways
