近几年,随着我国建筑市场迅猛发展,市场经济体制下带给建筑施工企业更大发展空间的同时,也带来了新的挑战和风险。面对市场的不断变革,建筑施工企业市场供需不平衡,企业管理不善,投资、融资出现风险隐患,又因施工企业受到时机、政策、市场、社会环境等因素影响,造成企业财务出现巨大的风险。风险关乎企业生命,企业必须提高风险管理意识,加强财务风险管理能力,确保企业稳步前进。
