“社会组织创新与发展论坛”是在国家民间组织管理局支持下,由中国社会组织促进会和《社团管理研究》编委会发起创办的大型学术会议,旨在加强具有中国特色的社会组织理论建设和推动社会组织实践的创新与发展。以“纪念改革开放三十周年”为主题的首届论坛、以“城乡基层社会组织建设”为主题的第二届论坛,已先后于2008年10月在山东省青岛市、2009年7月在黑龙江省黑河市成功举办。“社会组织创新与发展论坛”已经成为社会组织理论研讨和学术交流的重要平台。“第三届社会组织创新与发展论坛”拟于2010年8月下旬在宁夏回族自治区银川市举办,主题为“社会组织参与社会管理和公共服务”。为保证论坛的学术质量,论坛组委会特向社会各界发起征文活动。
“Forum for Innovation and Development of Social Organization ” is a large-scale academic conference sponsored by the China Society for the Promotion of Social Organizations and the Editorial Board of “Research on Management of Social Organizations” with the support of the State NGO Bureau, with the aim of strengthening the society with Chinese characteristics Organizational Theory Construction and Promotion of Innovation and Development of Social Organization Practice. The first forum on the theme “Celebrating the Thirtieth Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up” and the second forum on the theme of “Construction of Grassroots Social Organizations in Urban and Rural Areas” have been successively held in October 2008 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China July held in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province successfully. “Social Organization Innovation and Development Forum ” has become an important platform for social organization theory discussion and academic exchange. The Third Forum on Innovation and Development of Social Organizations is to be held in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in late August 2010 with the theme of Social Organizations Participating in Social Management and Public Services. To ensure the academic quality of the forum, the Organizing Committee of the Forum specially launched essay activities to the community.
