“低碳经济”是中国经济转型的一个突破口。但碳管理不仅仅是碳减排这么简单,建立一个“低消耗、低污染、高产出”的经济模式才是问题的关键所在。
“Low-carbon economy ” is a breakthrough in China’s economic restructuring. However, carbon management is not only as simple as reducing carbon emissions. Establishing a “low consumption, low pollution and high output” economic model is the crux of the problem.
