从直接数字频率合成原理和技术出发,对于数字合成单频正弦信号的相位噪声进行了研究,理论分析表明该类合成信号的相位噪声与采样周期和量化字长有很大的关系,量化字长一定的条件下,采样频率越高量化噪声带来的相位噪声就越大;对基于感应同步器的高精度角度测量系统的双相激磁电源,利用该理论对如何抑制量化干扰噪声造成的正余弦信号的相位随机科动做了实验研究,结果表明理论分析是正确的,从而利用适当降低采样频率的方法可以提高该类型感应同步器激磁电源的性能。
Starting from the theory and technology of direct digital frequency synthesis, the phase noise of digital composite single-frequency sinusoidal signal is studied.
