本文依据GJB9001B-2009《质量管理体系要求》关于产品实现过程的质量控制要求,立足一体化综合试验平台建设实际,简要分析了其作用、基本构成和建设流程,并针对各分系统不同的实现途径,对自主研发、外包、采购三个典型实现过程进行了识别和质量控制流程策划,提出了相应的质量控制措施,为进一步加强一体化综合试验平台质量建设提供了依据。
Based on GJB9001B-2009 “quality management system requirements” on the quality control requirements of the product realization process, based on the actual construction of integrated experimental platform, the paper briefly analyzes its function, basic structure and construction process, and according to the different ways of realization of each subsystem , Identified and quality control process planning for the three typical realization processes of independent R & D, outsourcing and procurement, put forward corresponding quality control measures, which provided the basis for further strengthening the quality construction of the integrated comprehensive test platform.
