教师待遇好坏将会影响教师队伍稳定、影响到地区教育均衡发展。因此,要全面认识绩效工资,努力构建符合教育和教师成长规律、体系完善的教师绩效考评制度是十分重要的。以公务员工资制度为切入点,对绩效工资概念、出现缘由进行剖析,进而提出落实教师绩效工资的若干建议。
The quality of teachers’ treatment will affect the stability of the teaching staff and the balanced development of education in the region. Therefore, it is very important to fully understand the performance salary and strive to construct a teacher performance appraisal system that is in line with the law of education and teacher growth. Taking the salary system of civil servants as the starting point, this paper analyzes the concept of performance pay and the causes of its emergence, and then puts forward some suggestions on how to implement the performance pay of teachers.
