吕梁地区行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省人民政府各委、厅,各直属机构:在全国上下万众一心抗击非典型肺炎的关键时刻,国务院及时制定颁布了《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》(以下简称《条例》)。该《条例》是依照《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》的规定,特别是针对当前防治非典型肺炎工作中暴露出的突出问题制定的,为抗击非典型肺炎提供了有力的法律武器。《条例》着重解决突发公共卫生事件
