新产业的产生以及由此引起的产业系统内产业分化与产业重组是产业系统结构演进的关键环节和主要内容,产业系统演化本质上是系统内产生结构的调整、重组和升级。文章利用产业演化模型相关指标对中国能源产业的整体演化轨迹进行测定。通过测定主要产业部门的单位能耗可以为有效地制定产业政策,实现资源的合理配置,进而实现可持续发展提供帮助。
The emergence of new industries and the consequent industrial differentiation and industrial restructuring in the industrial system are the key links and main contents of the evolution of the industrial system structure. The evolution of industrial systems is essentially the restructuring, reorganization and upgrading of the internal production structure. The article uses the relevant indicators of industrial evolution model to measure the overall evolution of China’s energy industry. By measuring the energy consumption per unit of a major industrial sector, it is possible to assist in the formulation of industrial policies, the rational allocation of resources and the realization of sustainable development.
