《在传统与变革之间——英国文化模式溯源》,系浙江人民出版社出版的“世界文化丛书”中的一种,作者钱乘旦和陈晓律是专攻英国史的历史学博士,他俩师出一门,都是已故著名历史学家蒋孟引先生的弟子,此次联袂合作,做出了可喜成果。 本书给人印象最深的是,作者立意清新,自成一家之言。英国是一个有着悠久历史和文化传统的国家,又是率先进行工业革命、跨入现代社会的民族,因此人们历来重视对英国的研究。
