从回答“什么是任职教育”、“任职教育与学历教育有何不同”等问题入手,以学院任职英语教学改革为例,探讨军校任职外语教学的发展方向问题,可以发现,军校任职教育是指军官(士官)在完成高等(中等)学历教育的基础上,为适应岗位晋升需要而进行的进修、培训或高学位教育,它具有军事性、岗位指向性和“本科后”性。军校任职外语教学要打破学历英语教学的框框,即把任职外语教学看作是一门全新的课程。
Starting from answering the questions such as “what is post education”, “what is the difference between postgraduate education and academic education”, taking the English teaching reform in college as an example to discuss the development direction of foreign language teaching in military academies, we can find that military academies On-the-job education refers to military training, post-doctoral education and post-doctoral education based on the completion of advanced (secondary) academic education by officers (noncommissioned officers) in order to meet the needs of post promotion. "Sex. Foreign language teaching in military schools to break the box of academic English teaching, that is, serving foreign language teaching as a new course.
