扬子石化PTA醋酸钴及醋酸锰催化剂通过鉴定扬子石化公司研究院研制用于对二甲苯氧化制精对苯二甲酸(PTA)的醋酸钴、醋酸锰催化剂通过了中国石化集团公司组织的专家鉴定。来自高等院校科研单位的专家认为,这两种催化剂具有产品收率高、纯度高,稳定性好等特点,并在扬子石化PTA生产装置上成功使用,生产出了高品质的PTA产品。这两种催化剂已经具备了大批量生产的能力,能够以较低廉的价格稳定供应扬子石化PTA装置,这会使PTA产品进一步降低成本,增强市场竞争力。
Yangzi Petrochemical’s PTA Acetate and Manganese Acetate Catalysts Appraised by Yangzi Petrochemical Research Institute The cobalt acetate and manganese acetate catalysts developed for the oxidation of p-xylene to purified terephthalic acid (PTA) passed the expert appraisal organized by Sinopec Group Company. Experts from institutions of higher learning believe that these two catalysts have high product yields, high purity, and good stability. They have also been successfully used on PTA production facilities at Yangzi Petrochemical and have produced high-quality PTA products. Both of these catalysts already have the capacity for mass production, and can be used to supply the Yangzi Petrochemical PTA plant at a relatively low price. This will enable PTA products to further reduce costs and enhance market competitiveness.
