吸引FDI,实现快速提升本国技术创新能力,是发展中国家政府利用外资的出发点之一,但技术差距与FDI外溢效应之间相互矛盾的理论和实证结果未能给予有力支撑。为此,本文基于古典分工思想在企业治理结构与吸纳新技术动机之间建立理论联系,并以此构建企业治理结构选择模型并推导出企业采用新技术的内生动力机制。结论是,技术差距越大,关联度越低,企业越没有采用新技术的内在动力。利用世界银行2001年对中国企业竞争力、技术和产业关联的调研数据检验了该理论假设,该理论命题对中国在全球化逆转期重构精益型开放经济模式具有重要意义。
Attracting FDI and realizing rapid technological upgrading in our country is one of the starting points for developing countries’ government to utilize foreign investment. However, the contradictory theoretical and empirical results between technology gap and FDI spillover effect have not given strong support. Therefore, based on the classical division of labor theory, this article establishes the theoretical connection between the corporate governance structure and the motivation of absorbing new technologies, and builds the model of corporate governance structure selection and derives the endogenous motivation mechanism of enterprises adopting new technologies. The conclusion is that the greater the technology gap, the lower the degree of correlation, the less the enterprise uses the inherent power of new technologies. This theoretical hypothesis is tested by World Bank research data on the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, technology and industry in 2001. This theoretical proposition is of great significance to the reconstruction of China’s lean-oriented open economy in the period of globalization.
