The purpose of this study was to present safe and feasibility of endovascular treatment of vertebral artery disease.Material And Method A 65 year-old patient complained of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, dysarthria, left facial pain and thermal sensory loss, right hemibody pain and thermal sensory loss. Patients admitted to intensive care unit. MRI showed acute medullary infarction. Angiography showed right VA origin 82% stenosis and left VA obstruction. VA origin was treated with angioplasty and stenting. Results No major or minor complication occurred. Neurological status was stable after 7 days. Conclusions Angioplasty and stenting will be performed more widely and play an important role in the prevention of stroke.
