幼儿园的区域活动指的是教师基于教育目标和幼儿发展水平的状况下,有目的地创设活动环境,投放活动材料,让幼儿园的小孩按照自己的意愿和能力,以操作、探索为主的方式进行个别化的自主学习活动。幼儿素质教育是按照社会和人的发展需要,遵循教育的规律,使幼儿的先天察赋和后天的教育影响相结合,从而促进幼儿的身心全面和谐发展的教育活动。因此,教育要面向全体幼儿;面向幼儿内在品质;面向幼儿的主体意识。目前,世界幼儿教育的发展已从单纯注重智力开发转向对全面人格的培养。但在我国幼儿园,素质教育还存在着一些亟待解决的实际问题。
